Design thinking matters.

I’m Kathie Luedeke — Brand Architect and founder of WowHaus Studios.

This is a communications experience design practice rooted in belief, structure, and motion —built to help organizations move with clarity when complexity sets in.

→ Here's what's on my mind

A way of seeing.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with brands navigating growth, transition, and change — from executive leadership and employee experience to culture, narrative, and identity.

The work spans industries and moments.
The throughline is always the same:

The strongest strategies don’t just inform.

They move people — emotionally and in action.

I don’t chart direction for its own sake.
I design motion with meaning.

That means helping leaders and teams align:

  • what they believe
  • what they say
  • and how they show up

So momentum doesn’t depend on effort — it emerges from structure. Everything I build is designed with people, not for optics.

Clarity comes first. Belief follows. Action sustains it.

Human-centered, with intention.

My work is grounded in human-centered design thinking, emotional intelligence, and creative precision.

  • I listen deeply.
  • I name what’s unspoken.
  • I design systems that hold — even under pressure.

AI plays a supporting role in my process — enhancing research, pattern recognition, and exploration. But instinct, judgment, and emotional clarity always lead. Technology accelerates the work. Human insight defines it.

How the work shows up.

This practice isn’t built around services. It’s shaped around moments that matter. The work often shows up when organizations need to:

  • clarify purpose before scale
  • align leadership, culture, and narrative
  • rebuild belief during change
  • design engagement that lasts beyond a launch

The form varies. The thinking does not.

If this way of working resonates — if you’re navigating complexity and want clarity that holds.

→ I welcome the conversation

“It’s not ‘us versus them’ or even ‘us on behalf of them.’ For a design thinker, it has to be ‘us with them'.
